Mickey
Mouse Party
Ideas
Keeping
the kids entertained is the most important thing to give
a successful child birthday party.
If you are hiring an entertainer, try to see a few in
action before choosing one for your child's party. When
the entertainer arrives, introduce her/him to your child.
Most entertainers will give the birthday child special
opportunities to participate in the "show".
If your kid is shy and does not want to be the "star"
of the show, let the entertainer know this ahead of time.
If you have a low budget for the party or do not wish
to hire an entertainer you can recruit friends and family
to amuse the kids. Have someone do face painting and stick
removable Mickey Mouse tattoos.
You can also give kids some time to plan their own games.
Ask your kid to lend guests some toys such as a wagon,
hulas, marbles, a jumping rope, Lego, etc.
At
the end of the party distribute the favor bags in a fun
activity. Have kids look for their hidden goodie bags
or plan a musical circle game to give out the bags: when
the music stops the child holding the goodie bag keeps
it and gets up from the circle... continue until all children
have a favor bag.
